The Grand Canyon of the Stikine is an amazing stretch of the Stikine River that runs through a steep walled canyon that is 72 km long and 300 meter deep in some places. It is an amazingly beautiful area of Northern British Columbia to behold. The journey along the narrow and sometimes steep road into the historic town of Telegraph Creek is stunningly beautiful and well worth the drive. Tahltan Territory, Northern British Columbia, Canada.
There are times when looking at the various lichens that I think the resemble coral reefs. The various colours and textures are endless. I didn't bring my macro lens on this particular hike, but found myself wishing I had of. Tombstone Territorial Park, Yukon Territories.
